Can “Damned If You Do, Damned If You Don’t!” be applied to any Taiwanese politicians?

Hi,

I think that would apply to any policy the DPP proposes, they’re damned if they do create one because it will never be approved by the KMT and damned if they don’t because the KMT will point out how the DPP have done nothing for the country.
