Most countries a license plate number ID would be somewhat privileged private information and not completely easy to connect an individual.
What about Taiwan. As with so much in Taiwan, maybe it’s possible to find easily like going to 7-Eleven and type it into the do-everything computer.

I could be wrong but I don’t think there is any open database where you can find a vehicle owner however it is not difficult to do if you have inside help.
One of the stated benefits in lease car adverts is the use of a lease company plate so it is much more difficult to find the owner/drivers details.
I’m still curious. Who could and who can’t and how much effort would it take?
