Does the local car shop (repair shops, change oil, dealer etc.) can provide assistance in any related services in motor Vehicle office. Since they are only open during weekdays, I am wondering if some local shop can do any update for me. For example, when I sell my car, can I ask them to transfer ownership for me. Or if I just want to update my address, car color, etc.
I don’t know about Cars but for scooter is possible , because the local shop help me do the transfer ownership
I think it can be any person that can help you do it , like an agent 代理人
Also , you can check how many people are waiting in the motor Vehicle offices窗口等待人數 in case you want to go at noon or take some hours off

Yes, I got that idea from the scooter shops, that is why I am asking if someone also tried from local car shop.
Unfortunately, I don’t have much paid time-off, so it is better if I can pay a shop to do that for me if that doesn’t cost that much.
