where can I find a good carrot cheese cake with walnuts and frosting cream? I am craving for that already soooo long and couldn’t find a place which sells good one. Living in Taipei! :lick:

It’s not really a cheese cake, but it has cream cheese frosting.
I tried that already, but it wasn’t what I was looking for. It was way to hard and dry.
I know you’re in Taipei, but if you’re ever in Taoyuan, check out M&L Cafe (李西餐廳) in Nankan. They have authentic carrot cake, brownies, and other Western goodies. This place is one of the only things I miss about Taoyuan, lol.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the carrot cake at Gordon Biersch. I’m not entirely sure if that’s carrot cheese cake, but it may be worth a try.
(With the usual caveat that in Taipei I’m often so happy to even find something, I sort of lose the ability to judge its quality.)

The Cheesecake Factory in Honolulu has been open for years and in the evening there is still a long queue.
I think there will be lines in Taipei. Let some time pass, the queue outside the XinYi Crispy Creme is getting shorter.
