One of my favorite singers is 彭羚, also known as Cass Phang. She’s an underrated 1990s singer from HK. Her voice is heavenly and reminds me of Teresa Teng’s. Her Cantonese and Mandarin pronunciation is very good and her singing is flawless. Unlike most of today’s HK pop stars, she is a singer rather than an idol. She’s retired now and is a full-time housewife.
