Does anyone have recent contact info for a Notary Public who is certfied to make and Affidavit to single status in English?

Preferably in Taichung area or Taipei

If you don’t find one, you can ask the Taipei District Court for a list of notaries in Taipei or use the notary office at the Xindian branch of the court.
