The thing is that before I came to Taiwan, I was already using Line. The problem comes when Line doesn’t allow some features because my phone number is not taiwanese on that account. So, I tried to change the number: the app doesn’t let me to change to a number of another country than the one I put originally. I tried asking costumer service. I asked three times already, the first two times they told me to wait for an answer. I waited two weeks each time, nothing happened. This last third time, already passed a week since I received the “we will contact you again” email.
I don’t want to create a new account and that everything that it’s on my Line gets erased. I just want to change the phone number that is in my account, from one country to another, as I’ve already settled here.
Does anyone has experience doing this without everything getting erased? Thank you!
