Ask your neighbors where the local locksmith is. The locks can range from $300 to $2000 depending on the kind of lock. If it’s an outer steel gate, it’s gonna be closer to the higher number.
Look for a sign with a key on it. There should be one every 2-3 blocks (every block in some places).
