I know they exist because all the biandang stores have it.
But I want to know if there’s a way I can get chicken leg quarters, because I don’t see it at Carrefour (only have drumsticks, no thighs), and Costco doesn’t carry chicken leg quarters either. I also don’t see it at any of the smaller supermarkets (PX Mart, Dinghao, etc.).
Traditional market only sells free range chickens, and they’re expensive but more importantly they do not taste right (they really are meant to be cooked for a long time in a chicken soup).
