Hello. I am very new to forumosa. I needed some help and advise please. My ex and I broke up and had a child. I gave birth abroad. By the way I’m a foreigner and ex is taiwanese. Is it possible to get child support from the father even if we are not married? He was supporting him then suddenly stopped and is not communicating.

if not yet, your child needs to be acknowledged by the father, then you can get a court order saying the father should support the child. how smoothly the order is fulfilled is another thing.
