To be clear, I obviously hate this sort of law.
I don’t like any computer or mobile games and I think playing it for many hours is bad for anyone especially kids. But Chinese government is rare collection of idiots who think they are playing Sims and can do with their people whatever they want.
Hopefully one day those people will stand up and say it’s enough
