Are there any universities in Taiwan that offer Chinese as a second language degree courses? My Chinese is already quite fluent so it would be an easy degree for me to do in my spare time.
NTNU has Department of Chinese as a Second Language.

NTU also have a similar undergraduate course to NTNU, it differs in that the focus is not on 華語教學, but 文學. graduate courses are primarily in the field you’re interested in researching, and not in learning Chinese as a second language.

Do you mean you want to do double degree that one is something and the other is Chinese? I think you can do it at NTNU. maybe at other schools, like NCNU, too.
