I have an incoming document that was sent via EMS from TECRO in DC on November 30 and has yet to arrive. According to the tracking they gave me it arrived on a flight to Taoyuan on December 3 and has been there ever since.
Is it normal lately for documents like this to sit in Taoyuan for 2 weeks? Chunghwa post aren’t responding to email and the phone answer is always “delays due to COVID”, but 2 weeks to get from Taoyuan to Taipei seems excessive.
