Thank you everybody, both mother and child are doing a fair bit better today. I spent all day there, and things would appear to go well. Chung came over in person and said hi to the new little future hiker (Chung and I have high hopes in that regard).
I smuggled some bread and stilton cheese in while the mother in law was away in order to get Ms. He’s spirits up. I guess that a can of Murphy’s would have helped even moe, but we better keep that off for the next week or 2, I gather.
