This was educational (if accurate). I think the current laws are much better than before.

I think the problem is with the type of punishment that is sentenced. Punitive damages, I can agree with. Incarceration…may be a bit extreme. Criminal history…probably not, unless the person has a track record for intentionally targeting married persons. Would a serial adulterer indicate the person is a sociopath? Like, you know, milf hunters.

Han Cheung is great. His work typically appears in Sunday’s Taipei Times and sometimes on other days too. For me anyways almost anything he writes about is worth reading.
