‘Clicking’ when pedalling OK I know this is a common problem certainly for me.
This time new BB new shimano 105 clip less pedals and clicking has started.
First suspicions BB but now before I take bike to the bike shop I shall investigate this!

I would rule out the following,
are your cleat bolts tight?
Pedals installed corretly?
Wheel bearings?
cassette has play in it?
spokes are not creaking and making noise?
front derailleur is aligned properly and not rubbing?
chain ring bolts are tight?
I highly doubt your crankset has this issue in the video.
Your right not crankset, i checked it out I understand finding it can be a number of things. last time was rear cassette hub bearings.
I always have a clicker bike it seems, find one and another appears.
