Cloud Gaming on a Mac M1

I’ve been trying to register for some cloud gaming services but it doesn’t seem so easy given that I have a Mac and an Android phone. Maybe I am just poorly informed. Is anyone else here into cloud gaming?

Xbox Pass: no cloud gaming on Android and the browser version sucks on Macs.
PS Now: nothing for either platform.
Geforce NOW: login on mobile via Taiwan Mobile account (I’m not with TWM) while the actual M1 Mac program requires that you notify your internet provider before you can register. Maybe it’s so they can make sure you have a strong connection or throttle it should they choose to.

I know, I know - should have bought a gaming PC.
Back to the games console it is.

Cheers

On the M1 Mac, you can allegedly run Windows using Parallels.

Or buy a very used Windows 10 laptop off ebay/craigslist/whatever

Have you tried Google Stadia?

I know they are shutting down soon :face_in_clouds:

FYI Xbox Cloud Gaming is not supported in Taiwan regardless.

It’s just easier to buy a budget gaming PC.

What games you wanna play?

Bought an Xbox series S with 3 months Game Pass plus full NBA 2K23 thrown in.

As for games, mainly FPS and driving. Playing PUBG, COD MW II (purchased) and Forza 5. I’ve also been playing Fortnite but find the build irritating so using zero build option.

FYI, if you have Xbox Game Pass you can install Xbox on Windows on your PC and run a lot of games on your PC as well with the same account.

Edit: LOL nvm, you said, in the beginning, you have a Mac and an Android Phone.
