Commercial real estate connections? Just drive around or walk around Taipei and ask the guard if there are any small units available. Or contact Jones Lang LaSalle Taiwan, but they will charge a commission. It is easy to find office space in Taipei. Really, the trouble might be finding a small office. How much space you want. I mean you might find a great building but they only have large offices. Contact me by PM, I know a really nice building with smaller Grade A offices that are available now.
