Non-serious answer I guess: yeah, super hard to get right now, which is why I bought imaginary seedless lemons / limes at a produce stand in Danshui a couple of weeks ago, and since I’d already bought them then, I didn’t bother to buy the non-serious seedless limes / lemons I saw at City Super a day or two later.

One item that is missing is calamansi (金桔). This is a good substitute for limes when not overly ripe. The juice concentrate has a lime-like flavor and is very tart.
