I wonder two bikes or a selfie ride. I’ve done with foward view, otherwise worry about bump into into someone if doing this type of selfie on a scooter

Yes, but would they be operating with a3 man news crew here in Taipei? The scooter looks very steady in the frame, and apparently filmed from a rather narrow gap between other scooters at one point.

yes just watched this video, it seams to have the same bike floating in the air feel in some parts
But also some parts are filmed from a second scooter. like the shot below.
I know part of the BBC Asia team moved from china to Taiwan recently, but also they would could just employ a local camera crew.
