just bought a bag in the new sogo city super. bob’s red mill brand. seen this brand of flours in jason’s as well.
I think I bought mine at either Wellman’s, Breeze or Jasons. Sorry, can’t remember which it was. BTW, you might find more on this here:
I get mine at RT Mart. It’s not easy to find because, although it’s packed in a dry airless pack, it’s still displayed in the refrigerated vegy section along with pinto beans, etc.
I have also seen it at DIY baking stores in Dihua and near Number 4 park in Jhonghu. A grocery at the corner of the park also has Jiffy boxes of cornbread mix for us lazy folks. If you really want to go to these places, let me know and I will post address and directions. The DiHua store directions are already posted under some baking thread from a couple years ago but it’s probably time to re-list these DIY cooking store addresses anyway.
I found a source of corn meal on Ruten.
You get better deal buying in 5 jin batches though.
