If a local comes back to Taiwan, is there any way to avoid the quarantine? like, for example, doing a CV test?
If not, how strict is the government with the quarantine and visits? do they check somehow if the person doing the quarantine receives visits or track phone calls or something? My impression was that they do a tight control but I don’t really know the specifics.
