In the UK, they do. Of course they have to make people sick first, otherwise it doesn’t make much sense.

Most socialist countries with national health systems do give free insulin. Cancer treatment is also free. Not that many cancer patients though.
We also had free let’s exercise/lose weight together programs but because of the plague they were discontinued.
Of course none of that is actually free though… 
Yep, taxes and death, unavoidable. But if you ask any patients, they will say it is free…
