30K as a high-end of the rental range is lower than I was hoping. I have a 2 bedroom 36 ping (34 ping usable space) around the border of Da-an and Xinyi districts in Taipei, and I am hoping to rent it out (furnished - white goods) in the next couple of months. Was hoping the rental range is much higher than that. After I talk to some realtors, I’ll come back and about what they think
