Court sale location in Changhua?

Found a place, on the website, I liked at a price that seems quite sensible, but with no court sale notice outside.

Now how do I find the court location in Changhua* and person to put a bid in with?

I believe the court location is in Yuanlin.

Hi Okami,

The court sales notices are usually posted outside of the local courthouse. In this case, Yuanlin.
However, if there is a court sale, there’s got to be a reason for it. Unless you are very familiar with checking titles/easements and the legal lingo, it is better to think twice before putting in a bid.

I got the information. I’m getting ready to place a bid next month. The one place I do want and it’s a piece you can fully own, is on it’s 4th auction so is probably going to disappear. I don’t have enough time to get it sorted.
