This homestay apartment is a 3 rooms fully furnished apartment with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room, lived by a wife & husband in their 60s and their college son . The mom and son speak english and father speak mandarin. They are all very friendly and happy to welcome to share this cozy homey flat with students ! They have a cute cat and the landlady vacuums the flat everyday with dysons.
You will have a cozy private single bed room with door lock, and the room is equipped with all furnitures as well as a very new AC & heater. The landlady can lend you bedding stuff ( blankets, pillow, sheet) if you need.
Rent is 9500 per month ( short term rental is 10,000 per month). Rent includes water fee, and internet. NTD 500 each room/per month ( for trash bag, trash service, and common area cleaning service once a month ) Electricities & gas fee will be split with other 2 rooms by bill.
The landlady is very friendly and easy to communicate.
