CPI's new GTR motorbike

It’s made by CPI of Taiwan.

And it will release a 4-stroke 150 cc version in Taiwan next year.

Good looking little bike. I see some evolution in progress here. Moving towrds a more standard motorcycle form while incoporating familiar 'scooter design elements. Lets hope the quality is solid.

Which means it’s going to end up with the same soulless 150 4-stroke single thats in every other bike here.

All show and no go…:s

The GTR50 got a rave review in UK scooter mag Twist & Go. Much praise was given to the frame and suspension. And the stock tyres – at least on the ones sold in the UK – are decent.

I’m interested in what CPI are doing. I really think they’re trying to make innovative, quality stuff. Their TW website is this;

It doesn’t appear to have been updated in the last year, however.
