I applied for this online and it said my application was successful. It also said it would be ready to pick up in 2.5 days. I haven’t had an SMS or email of confirmation. Should I just go along and collect it? Maybe its like the ARC and they don’t send anything out when it’s ready?
Yes, they don’t seem to send out any alerts for this one, but you can query the status here: https://eli.npa.gov.tw/E7WebO/E701/E701A01Q_01.jsp. Otherwise if it’s been 3 days it’s more than likely ready for pickup.
Thanks. Difficulties just escalated a bit. Taiwan news report 13000 people being quarantined in Taoyuan due to the hos[ital cluster. I contacted a Taiwanese friend about it and she never even knew! It does not seem a good time to be wandering around Taoyuan. I live in southern Taoyuan and the hospital is in the north. But still iut doesn’t seem a good time to be wandering around Taoyuan as they can grab anyone and quarantine them at any time.
I think I will get to Taipei for a few days if I can.
