question about a mortgage—
my fiance and i want to buy a house for 4.5 million
my credit was bad. but now i’ve things straightened out.
my salary is 87,000ntd a month and hers is 35,000ntd.
the mortgage payment will be paid by me—'cause i make
the scratch. i’ve been here 2 years—no credit or overdue
payment problems.
are there possible problems getting a mortgage?
i really appreciate any help anyone can give us.

I don’t see any problems. Banks are begging people to borrow money these days.
