My entire family are looking to move over to Taiwan. My mother is Taiwanese however has been living in the United Kingdom for around 25-30 years however still has a lot of family over in Taiwan and was born in Taiwan (Hence her being Taiwanese)… Straight to the point my uncle has a criminal record for fraud however is also married to a Taiwanese women of which she has stayed in the UK for over 20 years. (They married in the UK and she sought UK citizenship. Seeing as our entire family want to move over and don’t want to leave our uncle and his wife behind, will he be able to move over with us is my question?
