Cvc words

cvc = consonant-vowel-consonant

are there 2 letters out there that take all 5 vowels, to make 5 easy-ish english words?

closest i’ve come is bat, bet, bit, bot (? - mmm), but.

pat
pet
pit
pot
putt

But you have the extra t.

bag
beg
big
bog
bug

tan
ten
tin
ton
tun

dan
den
din
don
dun

Edit: Oops, sorry. I see you wanted “easy-ish” words.

pap
pep
pip
pop
pup

“put” is a word.

finally came up with ‘bg’ over lunch. But 'pt’ is also pretty good . In fact, prob better for a 5 year old, as she knows all of those, apart from maybe pit.

Of course. But it doesn’t follow the conventional phonetic pronunciation of a cvc word.

If you consider that “ck” represents one sound, and c and k are pronounced the same:

cack (slang for shit)
Keck (an observatory)
kick
cock
cuck (slang for cuckold)
