One Taiwan brand that is in the mid-range of price, but good quality is Frontier MEN’S (frontier-sport.com) They also have a shop in Neihu frontier clothing taipei - Google Search

There are quite a few bicycle shops around Taipei that have a variety of brands with 60% probably in the upper range of budget. You might first consider budget and that could narrow down brands, and then you might search which stores carry those brands. Doing a Shoppee search on clothing brands could also give you an idea on pricing in Taiwan.
