It was down south and a while ago. It looked like a temple association performing an act of devotion. I’m not sure how far they were going. There were actually two guys carrying statues and there were a couple of support cars following them along. They were strung out a distance from each other. They would switch out carrying the statue with a person riding in one of the cars after a certain distance.
