DCTV Modem/Router username and Password

I have this box from DCTV and it provides me with WIFI.

I want to change my WIFI password, but the default admin password and username for the 192.168… login just gives me this message 非技术人员请勿使用

Anyone know if they use another username and password?

I am a DCTV subscriber and have the same modem/set top box. You can change the WIFI password by going into the settings page by pressing the 主選單 button on the remote, then selecting 設定–>系統設定–>WIFI. (pics attached)
