Taipei is becoming a hipper city and a barn like Brass Monkey is not attractive to younger locals

Yes I found out when I went to get lunch at the Brass monkey and they had a pretty boring pasta menu. How disappointing.
Taipei thinks its becoming a hipster city. 
The barn type pub is not necessarily great for Westerners either. They are only good if they are heaving with people.
Little Creatures is nice, I’ve always liked their beers back home. It is on the pricey end as you can tell by its location. Food is good though.
