Well, they are all supposedly smoke free, or have “non-smoking” rooms. However, sometimes you can still smell the smoke, even though they tried to cover it up with air spray.
Anyways, the ones with better conditions are Cashbox (located at Beida Rd.), and Holiday KTV (located at Chunghua Rd.). A slightly cheaper but still decent choice is Xiao’aujianghu 笑傲江湖, on Jinggou Rd.
Of the 3, Holiday is slightly closer to Big City in terms of walking distance.
There are no KTVs on NTHU’s side of the railtracks. If you are on this side, consider yourself outside of the city center.
