DeFrancis Chinese Readers

Hello folks,

Quick question to students, former students and teachers:

Is there anywhere I can get the DeFrancis Chinese Readers - or something very similar - in Taiwan?

Bookdepository list them and have free shipping, but I’d like to shop around as they are not exactly cheap.

I’m looking for something to brush up on my rusting reading and writing skills for academic purposes. This will mostly be a self-study effort, though I’ll probably get a tutor on board once I’ve gotten back into the swing of things.

Any suggestions appreciated! Some great posts in this section btw.

Did you ever find these books? I keep seeing them as very highly recommended and especially useful since they teach traditional characters. Has anyone else seen these in Taiwan?

Methinks some of it has been moved to the Wenlin Project, but I don’t know what I’m (mis)remembering that makes me think that.
