Deliver valentines gift from outside taiwan

I’m currently not in Taiwan but my girlfriend is. Is there any way to send a valentines gift (food desert etc., flowers) from an app outside of taiwan (without taiwanese number) to an address in taiwan?

Can’t send a package from outside of taiwan now, won’t arrive on time.

Any help appreciate!

Maybe I’m missing something why not use your gf number? Just tell her you have a surprise. They might need to call before delivering.

Also, have you tried google voice or any number apps?
