Somehow I picked up this pest. I followed web instructions for Windows 7 as follows:
Start button, control panel, uninstall: Delta Chrome Toolbar, Delta Toolbar, Yontoo, Browser protect, and Mixi DJ; then opened explorer gear icon and went to Manage addons, then to toolbars and extensions tab. Here is where the problem began. That last tab (Toolbars and Extensions tab is locked.) If I could unlock it I then need to, as I understand it, to disable Delta toolbar, delta helper and yontoo
Now if I could just unlock the tab to disable in the last step.
