Hi. I bought a second hand Sym Wolf 125 r a week ago and today the engine speed working. It’s in a mechanic’s workshop but he told me it’s likely to be expensive to fix.
My problem begins with the fact that I bought through Facebook Marketplace from a private seller. The bike was delivered last Wednesday and on Saturday I brought it to a mechanic for a health check and he found few problems. Then today the engine went, mid drive.
Is there anything at all like the lemon laws in the US? Do I have any rights in this situation?
