Getting there from Zhishan shouldn’t be difficult, as there are probably lots of buses up Zhongcheng Road from there. Or take one of the free buses from the Mitsukoshi or Takashimaya department stores and then walk.
Alternately, one could go from the Shipai MRT station. Take the Mitsukoshi shuttle or perhaps the R12.
It’s in the lane between the 7-Eleven and the greenhouse-like building that houses an expensive hair salon.
