This is the big one now. Lots of drug addicted homeless people don’t even want to be helped. They just want to be left alone so they can slowly (or quickly) kill themselves with meth and fentanyl.
That’s silly. They do. Food pantries, shelters for men, women, families; drug and alcohol counseling. What more do you want? Waves of people volunteer to help.
Seems not silly to me. Seems not enough shelters if they are homeless? I am Estonia these few days, a country not as rich with very few homeless but good social backup systems with people who call police or other help if needed. (Taiwan also has few homeless I guess from family helping the needy) I am not there so just observation from far away.
Well, I just don’t want you to think people aren’t helping.
