The fake accounts, which operated on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Medium, presented themselves as US military families and anti-war activists. They disseminated information about military topics, criticized US foreign policy regarding Taiwan, Israel, and support for Ukraine, Engadget reports.
Not sure there is any possible solution to this other than people being more educated, less naive, less gullible etc. These types of attacks on cultures, governments, countries etc are never going to stop. They will only get better.
A well laid out way to have verified content (the billion dollar problem) and people not believing everything based on faith is absolutely a must.
