Do you need to provide your old passport for Taiwan police certificate?

I have a new passport and also my last one, but not the one before which I used in Taiwan. Can I just use my new passport number on the application form for the police clearance?

I do have a jpg copy of the lost one but obviously that’s not certified or anything. I don’t have my old ARC either or a copy even.
