Does an original Taiwan divorce certificate need to be certified for a US visa?

I was a bit curious if I need to get it certified in Taiwan because the US visa wording makes it sound like just having the original is fine?

Well not alone, haha. It’s part of the spousal/fiance visa - have to show my other marriage has been terminated.
