I have already graduated from a Taiwanese university and I’m considering doing a Phd or a master’s degree but I’d like to know if I don’t complete it, would it affect me in any way to get a work visa? I think I’ve read something about not being able to enroll a university again if you fail to complete your studies, but not sure if it was only a regulation from a specific university or from the Ministery of Education
