Does anyone know if it is still open if its raining…obviously not if there is a typhoon but what if its only raining. I’m leaving for home soon and this weekend is probably my last chance to grab some stuff.

The Jade/Flower market takes place under an expressway, so it would be pretty well protected from non-typhoon rain. Have fun!
