My dog and I will move to Taipei in August, and I won’t have a car at first. What taxi or van services will take my German Shepherd and me places, like to the vet or from the quarantine center to our new home? The only one I read about online was Taiwan Taxi Co. Are there other options?
There may not be many routes, but it’s something:
Try Uber, my friend used Uber when he needs to transfer his from one place to another place.
Uber works, just send a message to the driver prior to pickup to confirm they are okay with doggies
They seem to know enough English to answer, dog ok?

It will be a lot easier if you will have a carrier for your dogs so that Uber / Taxi drivers will feel easy with you and your dog, i need one also so I search for carriers and saw these pet carriers which have for small to big dogs. it has also equipped with a breathable mesh net, your dog will be comfortable while inside the carrier and also while travelling.
Thanks. Unfortunately my dog’s crate is too big to fit inside a car. It takes two people and a trolley to move it.
