DOH English certificate of all immunizations

I don’t know if it’s something needed by Taiwanese but I asked my son to get his and it was very easy, in case anyone is interested. Just take your NHI card to your local health department, pay 90 NT and wait a few minutes.
Is such a certificate needed when going to other countries to study, join military or other reasons?
Would it be a good idea to have the info transcribed onto a yellow WHO certificate if those are even still around or used?
Only problem is the certificate doesn’t show in English that the DOH issued it.
Here’s the type of info it gives from childhood.

Are these ever still used or needed?
