i’m done sharing my 20-something years’ worth of english for chinese…just give me the mandarin, baby.
anyone have a teacher they’re working with now, or worked with in the past, or know of that is really good with low-level speakers? i’d prefer a female teacher who can meet at night time (around 10pm, actually) near Shi-Da or Tai-Da a few nights a week.

and to make this more ‘forum-friendly,’ anyone else make that transition from LE to private tutor with success? any suggestions? how many hours a week did you meet with your teacher? i’m thinking about 2 hours a class and 3 classes a week.
